Art has shared some of his analog outlooks for this summer - they are shown above for the Southwest, by month and for entire summer. All I can say that there is a tremendous difference between Art's outlook and the useless, non-forecast from NOAA-CPC of equal chances for anything. I certainly hope that Art's outlook verifies well - it would be some good relief from our months of hot and dry so far in 2012. Thanks so much for sharing these Art!
