NHC Names TS Barbara
Tropical Storm Barbara has developed during the past day and has now been named by NHC. This the second tropical storm of the Eastern Pacific season. A visual satellite image of the storm is shown above for 2345 UTC. The current NHC forecast for Barbara is shown below. The storm is forecast ashore across southern Mexico and expected to move toward the Bay of Campeche. Well hope that Barbara behaves better than did Allen,
