Frigid Conditions Over North-Central U.S.
Surface observations (above) at 7 am MST this morning, December 29th. Temperatures in southern Canada and north-central U.S. sitting at -20 F and colder. Below is current view of the Duluth, Minnesota, harbor. Makes southern Arizona very tempting.
