Eastern Pacific Tropical Cyclone Outlook - 31 May 2014
The current outlook for tropical cyclone formation is shown above from the NHC. The NHC forecasts 40 percent chance of development during the next 48-hours and 70 percent chance during the coming five days. The next tropical storm that forms in the eastern Pacific will be named "Boris." The center has now begun issuing outlooks for the Atlantic also.
