Russ Scott, at the USDA Agriculture Research Station on Allen near Campbell, sent some rainfall traces for severe flux tower sites - these are shown above. Current photos of landscape condition at two of the sites are shown below for Lucky Hills (LH) and for Kendall. Note that Kendall has received about double the rainfall that has occurred at Lucky Hills. Maps showing locations of the sites are at bottom.
