The Tucson sounding for 00Z last evening (top) was extremely dry wrt GPS PW data - actually more than a cm! So dry that the diamond for TWC raob is off below the scale for 00Z 2 October in the top time series of the TWC-GPS comparison graphs (bottom two images). The SPC analysis indicated no CAPE or convective potential, although there were high-based Cbs out to the west and anvil and mammatus overhead here at house around 00Z.
