Mike Hardiman reports from New Mexico:
Alex's remnants have resulted in some very impressive rainfall totals over a fairly small area around Del Rio, TX the past several days. One river gage site in Val Verde County reported 9.75 inches of rain Since July 2nd. PW at DRT peaked out at 2.60 inches yesterday morning with several RAOBs showing deep upslope flow with little upper level shear.

I would imagine that given the low level SE flow, even higher rainfall amounts occurred over the high terrain in Coahuila west of Del Rio.
