Nasty driving conditions on I-10 morning of February 28th.
Winter overview - Rainfall here at house was 4.74" for December through February. This was the third wettest winter season here since 1999. Wettest winter was 2007/08 with 5.75", and second wettest was 2019/20 with 5.05".
For comparison, the driest winters here have been: 1999/00 with 0.31"; 2021/22 with 0.61"; and 2013/14 with 0.67".
