Storm on the Catalinas at about 5:00 pm MST on 26 March.
Spring here was the 3rd wettest, with 1.90" of rain, since I started my records back in 1999. This was because of the very wet March, which brought 1.55" of rain. That was followed by 0.35" on April first, and there has been no precipitation here since April 1st. So we are suffering through the very dry, late-spring/early-summer period before moisture and storms return - hopefully, no later than the first week of July. The heat has set in with daily highs over 100 F, and yesterday's high at the airport was a record setting 108 F!
