I forgot to mention yesterday's rainfall (24-hour amounts at 6 am MST) in the previous post. The ALERT network had essentially 10% coverage with some light rain amounts. But, Cienega Creek at I-10 (far east) had 0.67" in a thunderstorm and Brawley Wash at three Points (out west) had 0.55".
I just looked at the 12 UTC run of the WRF-GFS and it is much more active than was the early run (see post below). The above graphic is its forecast of composite radar at 4 pm this afternoon. Quite some difference!
