The blizzard in the upper-midwest hit Minnesota and northern Wisconsin particualrly hard during the past 24-hours - shutting down airports and highways and causing the roof of the Metrodome to collapse in Minneapolis. The storm is now east of Chicago and very cold air is headed toward the southeast US!
