This slide shows how the entire summer rainfall total (June 1st through September 30) for the watersheds ended up relative to the rainfall in early summer (this chart also from Jon Skindlov). Note that only one year (2008) of the past ten that was normal or dry during early summer recovered in August and September to end up as a wet summer.
