I thought that I'd add a bit of information to the blog posts illustrating how the summer has gone so far around the state. The above slide (thanks to Jon Skindlov) shows watershed averaged precipitation of the combined Verde and Salt watersheds. The period covered runs from June 1, 2009 through August 9, 2009. It has been a dry July in these watersheds with rainfall accumulation through the 9th standing at 62% of average.Tuesday, August 11, 2009
