We have had two separate power outages that have taken my system down this morning.
The second came just as I was completing four paragraphs; so, not a good start to day.
Readers' Digest Condensed Book version:
- Very suppressed yesterday as per excellent U of A WRF model forecast.
- Weak flow and weak inverted trough remains stretched across Arizona from SW to NE -
dominant players in local storms next several days - local moisture/CAPE; sunshine; and
orography. Best chances at high elevations where there's more CAPE,
- Dry low-level air from off Pacific continues sloshing around, affecting CAPE - mostly to west but
it can be seen in the am Tucson sounding; which has little or no CAPE unless the dry air moves away.
- Atlantic TD4 has formed.
