Tropical Storm Flossie developed yesterday morning. The storm was declared to be a Hurricane at 9 pm CDT yesterday evening. IR image above is from 1330 UTC this morning. Track forecast at 6 am from the NHC is shown below. The storm is forecast to eventually dissipate west of southern Baja on Sunday.
