Just an update to yesterday's post. There was frost here at the house (for second time this Fall/Winter), but with no max/min thermometer I had to estimate the low again. Based on the lows at TUS (35 F), Empire RAWS (27 F), and Sasabe RAWS (24 F), my estimate from past relations between readings at the four locations, is that low temperature here was between 26 to 28 F.
New thermometers have arrived this afternoon, so real observations starting again tomorrow morning.
Looks like the next 500 mb short wave to impact the Southwest may dig further south than the last one, bringing better chances for precipitation over the weekend into Monday.
