Continued streams of Pacific moisture are forecast during the coming week into much of the West. The forecast above (from the WRF-GFS on the 5.4 km grid run at Atmo at 00 UTC last evening) shows total precipitation for the next seven days. Amounts over much of California are truly prodigious (amounts over the Sierra Nevada exceed 25 inches), but alas, southern Arizona remains far-removed from the weather action.
