From NWS Flagstaff Re Wind Gusts In Northern Arizona - 26 March

 ...STRONG WINDS AND DUST ACROSS NORTHERN ARIZONA TODAY...
 
 AN APPROACHING STORM SYSTEM IS PRODUCING STRONG SOUTHWEST WINDS 
 ACROSS NORTHERN ARIZONA TODAY. AREAS OF BLOWING DUST HAVE ALSO 
 DEVELOPED FROM THE LITTLE COLORADO RIVER VALLEY NORTHWARD TO THE 
 FOUR CORNERS. HERE ARE SOME PEAK WIND GUSTS REPORTED AS OF 3 PM MST:

 FROM TWO GUNS TO NEAR WINSLOW. SEVERE BLOWING DUST HAS ALSO BEEN 
 REPORTED ALONG HIGHWAYS 191 AND 160 IN NORTHEAST ARIZONA INCLUDING 
 MANY FARMS AND THE AREA FROM KAYENTA TO TEEC NOS POS.
