Tropical Storm Delta, shown above at 1510 UTC this morning, is located south of Jamaica. Forecast track plumes from the ECMWF (below) are very tightly clustered and take the system northwestward across the Gulf of Mexico toward Louisiana as per previous storms, eventually making landfall, as a hurricane, near New Orleans.
The official NHC forecast this morning (second below) is essentially the same as the ECMWF model forecast.
