February was a dry month here at the house: there was 0.03" on the 16th and 0.11" during night of 23rd/24th - total of only 0.14". There were gusty winds of 40 to 50 mph afternoon of 23rd.
However, there were many cold mornings here:
Lows of 32 F or colder occurred on 13 mornings. Mornings below 30 F occurred 5 times, and coldest temperature was 21 F on the morning of the third.
