Finally - Significant Rain In The Gauge

View above shows east-bound traffic on I-10, north of city, at a bit before 7:00 am MST this morning. At bottom is view of Summerhaven about 7:00 am showing a couple of inches of new snow up there.

The 12 UTC WRF-RR forecast from Atmo (below) shows the band of radar echoes exiting Pima County around 9:30 am this morning.

Precipitation reports from the ALERT network (above and below - ending about 8:00 am this morning) show heaviest rainfall  occurred over the northeast portion of the network, with a number of reports around the Catalinas exceeding one inch. Here at the house there was 0.56" in the gauge a bit before the rain ended. This was most rain here since the 0.85" on September 5th!
