Bob, I wanted to comment on the occasional high bias seen in the CRP data. This bias occurs when IPW is typically above 30mm, but, of course, not always. I've even noticed this at Tucson during wet periods of the monsoon and this bad RSS data does make it into the models and also gives anomalously high CAPE values. So, it's not just a dry bias with the RRS!
