It appears that Tropical Storm Cosme has developed in the eastern Pacific - 1330 UTC raw IR satellite image above. The NHC will likely make this official sometime this morning. Cosme will be an important, wild card player in determining how southern Arizona weather plays out during the last few days of the month!
