We just finshed a deluge here in Oro Valley. We had about 2.9 inches in an hour. Washes are bankful, and low areas are flooded. This is the heaviest single storm since we moved here 11 years ago!

Radar at 1 pm below - culprit cell is apparently the one just north of I-10 - just saw there has been a high water rescue along Tangerine Road - Flash Flood Warning for Oro Valley at 1:58 pm. Cell building north from near airport now producing rain here at house. Edited to add at 2:45 pm - 0.36" here in last 30 minutes, hardly a spit compared to Ron's report.
