Deep blue, clear skies over the Mt. Lemmon SkyCenter this morning at 6:30 am MST. Down at bottom is view to east from I-10 near San Simon (just west of the New Mexico border) at about 6:00 am.
This morning's current NWS forecast for the airport above, indicates a good chance for showers Tuesday and Wednesday. However, the 06 UTC run of the WRF-GFS at Atmo (below) forecasts only a very slight chance of light showers across southeast Arizona through Thursday morning.
That model run does forecast gusty winds this afternoon, and stronger, more widespread, winds tomorrow. The wind forecast second below is valid at 3:00 pm tomorrow afternoon.
