View of Catalinas at 5:45 am MST this morning.
Plot of detected CG flashes through 0633 UTC last night - note the distinct donut hole over much of the metro area.
Rainfall was fairly widespread across much of the metro area - most sites picked up their rain around midnight. Here at house we had 0.21"; TUS reported 0.02"; Atmo had 0.08"; and DM noted only a Trace.
No sounding this morning from TWC/TUS and 500 mb chart was not yet available. So not much to show. Current forecast (below) from NWS for the airport. Note that there are are light showers in parts of the metro area currently.
